Role Overview

STAR SERVICES LLC is hiring a property promoter to support clients through property handovers and related coordination in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What You Will Do

• Reach out to clients and arrange appointments for property handover.
• Assist clients step by step during the handover process.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional way.
• Set up property viewing sessions and snagging visits.
• Work with internal departments to track and follow up on defect correction.
• Keep clients informed with prompt updates and maintain proper records.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer service approach.
• Prior background in customer service, client relations, hospitality, real estate, or a similar area.
• Good command of English; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• A valid residence visa under the applicant’s own sponsorship is mandatory.
