Role Overview

STAR SERVICES LLC is hiring a property promoter to support clients through property handovers and related coordination in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What You Will Do

Reach out to clients and arrange appointments for property handover.
Assist clients step by step during the handover process.
Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional way.
Set up property viewing sessions and snagging visits.
Work with internal departments to track and follow up on defect correction.
Keep clients informed with prompt updates and maintain proper records.

What We Are Looking For

Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer service approach.
Prior background in customer service, client relations, hospitality, real estate, or a similar area.
Good command of English; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
A valid residence visa under the applicant’s own sponsorship is mandatory.
