Role Overview
STAR SERVICES LLC is hiring a property promoter to support clients through property handovers and related coordination in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to clients and arrange appointments for property handover.
- Assist clients step by step during the handover process.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints in a courteous and professional way.
- Set up property viewing sessions and snagging visits.
- Work with internal departments to track and follow up on defect correction.
- Keep clients informed with prompt updates and maintain proper records.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer service approach.
- Prior background in customer service, client relations, hospitality, real estate, or a similar area.
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
- A valid residence visa under the applicant’s own sponsorship is mandatory.
