Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in originating business from emerging and mid-market corporates across various debt financing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage 3 to 7 years of experience to identify and develop corporate clients requiring debt financing solutions.
• Demonstrate solid expertise in analyzing financial statements and understanding complex capital structures.
• Apply thorough knowledge of debt instruments such as secured and unsecured loans, cash flow lending, invoice discounting, and revenue-based financing.
• Engage directly with Founders, Promoters, and CFOs from both growth-stage and established companies to build strong business relationships.
• Operate as a proactive self-starter exhibiting discipline, ownership, and a high level of initiative.
• Maintain excellent communication skills, manage stakeholders effectively, and ensure meticulous CRM record keeping.

Compensation and Other Details

The annual salary range offered for this position is ₹4,000,000 to ₹7,000,000. Immediate joining is expected. There is one vacancy located in Bangalore, India. This is a full-time on-site position. Additional benefit includes a confirmed job offer upon selection.
