Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversight, monitoring, and maintenance of the accommodation facility.
• Performing minor repairs and organizing necessary repair works.
• Cleaning and upkeep of common areas.
• Maintenance of greenery and garden spaces.
• Ensuring orderliness, traffic safety, and occupational safety compliance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of professional experience in skilled manual work within the last five years, supported by work certificates.
• Proficient German language skills at a minimum B2 level with certification.
• Possession of a Class B driving license is preferred.
• Knowledge of English and other languages is advantageous.
