About the Company and Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversight, monitoring, and maintenance of the accommodation facility.
- Performing minor repairs and organizing necessary repair works.
- Cleaning and upkeep of common areas.
- Maintenance of greenery and garden spaces.
- Ensuring orderliness, traffic safety, and occupational safety compliance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of professional experience in skilled manual work within the last five years, supported by work certificates.
- Proficient German language skills at a minimum B2 level with certification.
- Possession of a Class B driving license is preferred.
- Knowledge of English and other languages is advantageous.
