About the Company and Role
Jonas Better Place GmbH focuses on shaping the future together by prioritizing people in all activities. The company currently employs around 500 people and manages supported living facilities for youth and individuals experiencing social hardships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversight, monitoring, and maintenance of the accommodation facility.
- Performing minor repairs and organizing necessary repair works.
- Cleaning and upkeep of common areas.
- Maintenance of greenery and garden spaces.
- Ensuring orderliness, traffic safety, and occupational safety compliance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of professional experience in skilled manual work within the last five years, supported by work certificates.
- Proficient German language skills at a minimum B2 level with certification.
- Possession of a Class B driving license is preferred.
- Knowledge of English and other languages is advantageous.
