About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business development team to identify and onboard potential clients.
• Conduct cold calls, communicate with clients, and lead virtual meetings to convert prospects into clients.
• Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation.
• Lead, assign tasks to, and supervise a team of interns to meet set weekly and monthly objectives.
• Work alongside the business development team to strategize growth initiatives and enhance client outreach.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend totaling ₹15,000, comprising ₹5,000 fixed pay and ₹10,000 incentive pay.
