About the Role
Join our team as a driven Business Development Associate intern, contributing to lead generation, client acquisition, marketing efforts, and managing a team of interns. This opportunity offers practical exposure to the business consulting domain while driving tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and onboard potential clients.
- Conduct cold calls, communicate with clients, and lead virtual meetings to convert prospects into clients.
- Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation.
- Lead, assign tasks to, and supervise a team of interns to meet set weekly and monthly objectives.
- Work alongside the business development team to strategize growth initiatives and enhance client outreach.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
