Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the business development team to identify and onboard potential clients.
Conduct cold calls, communicate with clients, and lead virtual meetings to convert prospects into clients.
Implement and monitor email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation.
Lead, assign tasks to, and supervise a team of interns to meet set weekly and monthly objectives.
Work alongside the business development team to strategize growth initiatives and enhance client outreach.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications and Skills

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly stipend totaling ₹15,000, comprising ₹5,000 fixed pay and ₹10,000 incentive pay.
