About the Role
Join Oliver James in New York as an Analyst to accelerate your career in recruitment sales. This full-time, onsite position is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to build strong client and candidate relationships and thrive in a results-driven environment. You will begin with a comprehensive 12-week Accelerator program to develop essential skills for a full-cycle recruitment role before integrating into a specialist team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top-quality candidates through proactive outreach including calls and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by engaging in business development activities.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job briefing to candidate placement.
- Provide consultative advice to candidates and clients within your assigned market area.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and fees effectively to secure placements.
- Generate new leads and market insights to expand your specialist desk portfolio.
