Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top-quality candidates through proactive outreach including calls and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by engaging in business development activities.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job briefing to candidate placement.
• Provide consultative advice to candidates and clients within your assigned market area.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and fees effectively to secure placements.
• Generate new leads and market insights to expand your specialist desk portfolio.
