Assistant Store Manager - Leverkusen

Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead your department team, ensuring smooth daily operations such as staff scheduling and inventory management. You'll actively engage in sales as a motivating example to your team and oversee that task delegation and priorities are maintained. Part of your responsibility includes implementing visual merchandising guidelines to keep the department appealing and well-organized for customers. Additionally, fostering, developing, and providing feedback to team members in collaboration with the Store Manager will be key to your role.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in fashion retail.
• Several years of professional experience within textile retail.
• Prior leadership experience as a team leader, deputy team leader, or department/floor manager.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with a strong customer focus.
• Confident demeanor, along with excellent communication and motivational abilities capable of inspiring others with new ideas.
