About the Role

Zeus Street Greek is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the Midland venue. The role supports the Restaurant Manager in handling day-to-day operations and keeping the team on track during busy service periods. You’ll play a key part in lifting team performance, creating excellent guest experiences, and assisting with labour, stock, and store financial management while bringing energy and personality to the workplace.
