About the Role
Zeus Street Greek is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the Midland venue. The role supports the Restaurant Manager in handling day-to-day operations and keeping the team on track during busy service periods. You’ll play a key part in lifting team performance, creating excellent guest experiences, and assisting with labour, stock, and store financial management while bringing energy and personality to the workplace.

- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
- Guide and motivate the team during fast-paced service.
- Help maintain strong team performance and service standards.

- Assist with labour planning, inventory control, and store finances.
