About the Role

Cpl Recruitment is collaborating with a dynamic and expanding organization to recruit a seasoned Senior Business Analyst. This role offers a chance for an initiative-driven, business-focused BA to engage in diverse business and tech projects, contributing to process improvement, requirements definition, and effective change management.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate requirement collection through workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders
Document and map existing and desired future business processes
Develop clear user stories and detailed functional documents catered to technical teams
Collaborate with business users, developers, and project stakeholders to craft optimal solutions
Assist in testing phases including test case creation, resolving defects, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Oversee and evaluate change requests ensuring alignment with priorities and business value
Support business readiness by preparing communication and training materials
Handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a fast-moving environment

Candidate Requirements

At least eight years’ experience as a Business Analyst operating within complex business settings
Essential industry experience in insurance or healthcare sectors
Strong skills in process mapping, preferably with Microsoft Visio
Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and conveying both business and functional needs
Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
Familiarity with Jira and experience authoring user stories
Experience in testing support, UAT, and project delivery is a plus
Outstanding communication capabilities with a flexible and proactive attitude
Capacity to work autonomously, own responsibilities, and navigate competing priorities
