Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

Cpl Recruitment is collaborating with a dynamic and expanding organization to recruit a seasoned Senior Business Analyst. This role offers a chance for an initiative-driven, business-focused BA to engage in diverse business and tech projects, contributing to process improvement, requirements definition, and effective change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement collection through workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders
• Document and map existing and desired future business processes
• Develop clear user stories and detailed functional documents catered to technical teams
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and project stakeholders to craft optimal solutions
• Assist in testing phases including test case creation, resolving defects, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Oversee and evaluate change requests ensuring alignment with priorities and business value
• Support business readiness by preparing communication and training materials
• Handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a fast-moving environment

Candidate Requirements

• At least eight years’ experience as a Business Analyst operating within complex business settings
• Essential industry experience in insurance or healthcare sectors
• Strong skills in process mapping, preferably with Microsoft Visio
• Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and conveying both business and functional needs
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
• Familiarity with Jira and experience authoring user stories
• Experience in testing support, UAT, and project delivery is a plus
• Outstanding communication capabilities with a flexible and proactive attitude
• Capacity to work autonomously, own responsibilities, and navigate competing priorities
