About the Role
Cpl Recruitment is collaborating with a dynamic and expanding organization to recruit a seasoned Senior Business Analyst. This role offers a chance for an initiative-driven, business-focused BA to engage in diverse business and tech projects, contributing to process improvement, requirements definition, and effective change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirement collection through workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders
- Document and map existing and desired future business processes
- Develop clear user stories and detailed functional documents catered to technical teams
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and project stakeholders to craft optimal solutions
- Assist in testing phases including test case creation, resolving defects, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Oversee and evaluate change requests ensuring alignment with priorities and business value
- Support business readiness by preparing communication and training materials
- Handle multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a fast-moving environment
Candidate Requirements
- At least eight years’ experience as a Business Analyst operating within complex business settings
- Essential industry experience in insurance or healthcare sectors
- Strong skills in process mapping, preferably with Microsoft Visio
- Proven expertise in gathering, documenting, and conveying both business and functional needs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Familiarity with Jira and experience authoring user stories
- Experience in testing support, UAT, and project delivery is a plus
- Outstanding communication capabilities with a flexible and proactive attitude
- Capacity to work autonomously, own responsibilities, and navigate competing priorities
