Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to candidates with interview status updates and follow-ups.
• Help create a smooth and professional experience for every candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous exposure to recruiting, HR, administration, or coordination work is preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills are important for this position.
• You should be comfortable handling several priorities at once.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
• A reliable professional home office setup is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers monthly pay in the range of $5,500 to $7,000. The role is fully remote and includes paid onboarding and training. There are also opportunities for long-term career development and advancement within HR and talent acquisition.
