Role Overview
Talentoma is hiring a Remote Hiring Coordinator to help keep recruitment operations running smoothly. In this role, you will manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and day-to-day support across the hiring workflow. It is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized and interested in human resources or talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange interview times and keep communication flowing with candidates.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system records accurately.
- Help prepare recruitment-related documents and reports.
- Provide support to hiring managers at different stages of the recruitment cycle.
- Reach out to candidates with interview status updates and follow-ups.
- Help create a smooth and professional experience for every candidate.
Qualifications
- Previous exposure to recruiting, HR, administration, or coordination work is preferred.
- Strong communication and organization skills are important for this position.
- You should be comfortable handling several priorities at once.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
