Role overview
We are looking for an accomplished and well-networked Real Estate Sales Manager who can bring in new assets for management, leasing, and sales. This position focuses on identifying, approaching, and securing residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use properties in Qatar. The right candidate will already have strong relationships in the local property market and a demonstrated history of sourcing premium assets and developments comparable to major portfolios in the region.
Property acquisition and business growth
- Find and secure property owners, developers, and investors who can offer opportunities in property management, leasing, or sales.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with large developers, landlords, investment firms, and owners throughout Qatar.
- Source a wide mix of assets for the portfolio, including residential towers, office buildings, staff accommodations, hotels, serviced apartments, and mixed-use projects.
- Create new business prospects and negotiate property management arrangements with owners.
- Form strategic alliances with developers and real estate investment firms.
Market intelligence
- Track market movements, emerging developments, and upcoming projects across Qatar.
- Keep an organised database of potential properties, investors, and developers.
- Study competitors and spot areas where the business can expand.
Negotiation and coordination
- Handle commercial discussions with property owners and developers.
- Work with legal and finance teams to prepare and finalise contracts.
- Make sure agreements follow company policies and local rules.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Doha, Qatar. The position is focused on the real estate sector and requires active market engagement, strong relationship building, and the ability to bring high-value opportunities into the company pipeline.
