Role overview

We are looking for an accomplished and well-networked Real Estate Sales Manager who can bring in new assets for management, leasing, and sales. This position focuses on identifying, approaching, and securing residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use properties in Qatar. The right candidate will already have strong relationships in the local property market and a demonstrated history of sourcing premium assets and developments comparable to major portfolios in the region.

Property acquisition and business growth

  • Find and secure property owners, developers, and investors who can offer opportunities in property management, leasing, or sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with large developers, landlords, investment firms, and owners throughout Qatar.
  • Source a wide mix of assets for the portfolio, including residential towers, office buildings, staff accommodations, hotels, serviced apartments, and mixed-use projects.
  • Create new business prospects and negotiate property management arrangements with owners.
