Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced North Indian cook to prepare traditional dishes such as curries, lentils, and breads with consistent quality and authentic flavor.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare North Indian cuisine including curries, dals, and breads maintaining consistent taste each time.
Make dough and cook items using a tandoor or on a hot plate.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils, counters, and cooking surfaces.
Manage inventory by monitoring food stocks and assist in minimizing food wastage.

Job Requirements

Possess 1 to 3 years of practical experience working in a kitchen.
Proficient in handling local spices, herbs, and traditional cooking methods.
Understand and follow basic food safety and hygiene regulations.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 10,000 to 20,000 INR.
