Key Responsibilities

• Prepare North Indian cuisine including curries, dals, and breads maintaining consistent taste each time.
• Make dough and cook items using a tandoor or on a hot plate.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils, counters, and cooking surfaces.
• Manage inventory by monitoring food stocks and assist in minimizing food wastage.

Job Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of practical experience working in a kitchen.
• Proficient in handling local spices, herbs, and traditional cooking methods.
• Understand and follow basic food safety and hygiene regulations.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 10,000 to 20,000 INR.
