Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize work schedules and delegate daily cleaning assignments to housekeeping staff.
• Conduct team meetings to communicate expectations and updates.
• Inspect various areas such as dining rooms, restrooms, bars, and waiting zones to ensure high levels of hygiene and sanitation.
• Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, placing orders to replenish stock as necessary.
• Maintain safety by overseeing the proper use of cleaning chemicals and ensuring all public areas and floors are free from hazards.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in commercial cleaning operations or leading hospitality housekeeping teams.
• Excellent communication skills and basic proficiency with computers.
• Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform active duties during shifts.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 Indian Rupees.
