Claims Analyst

About the Role

Akkodis is looking for a Claims Analyst to work fully remotely, ideally someone with more than one year of experience in claims processing.

Compensation

The hourly rate ranges from 20 to 21 USD on a W2 basis. This rate may be negotiable depending on factors such as experience, education, and location.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to established written procedures and scripts.
• Operate proprietary software tools to review claim documents, input claim decisions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promptly communicate any work impediments to leadership.
• Consistently meet or surpass set accuracy and productivity benchmarks.
• Follow documented team processes to maintain compliance with departmental standards.
• Perform data entry and verification tasks accurately.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a GED or High School Diploma.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in written English.
• Capability to remain seated at a computer workstation for prolonged durations.
• Proven ability to analyze data effectively.
