About the Role

Akkodis is looking for a Claims Analyst to work fully remotely, ideally someone with more than one year of experience in claims processing.

Compensation

The hourly rate ranges from 20 to 21 USD on a W2 basis. This rate may be negotiable depending on factors such as experience, education, and location.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to established written procedures and scripts.
Operate proprietary software tools to review claim documents, input claim decisions, and escalate issues when necessary.
Promptly communicate any work impediments to leadership.
Consistently meet or surpass set accuracy and productivity benchmarks.
Follow documented team processes to maintain compliance with departmental standards.
Perform data entry and verification tasks accurately.

Candidate Qualifications

Possession of a GED or High School Diploma.
Superior attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in written English.
Capability to remain seated at a computer workstation for prolonged durations.
Proven ability to analyze data effectively.
