Role Overview

A leading bank in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi is looking for a Senior Relationship Officer to strengthen branch-level customer service and support priority clients. This position is restricted to UAE Nationals in line with Emiratisation requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing advanced support across branch banking and customer service activities.
  • Processing complex cash and non-cash transactions, including high-value cases.

  • Prior exposure to priority clients, escalations, and complex or high-value transactions.
  • Comfortable using banking systems, digital channels, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong ability to communicate, manage multiple tasks, and organize time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
