Role Overview
A leading bank in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi is looking for a Senior Relationship Officer to strengthen branch-level customer service and support priority clients. This position is restricted to UAE Nationals in line with Emiratisation requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing advanced support across branch banking and customer service activities.
- Processing complex cash and non-cash transactions, including high-value cases.
- Serving priority customers and building long-term client relationships.
- Managing escalated requests and closing service issues in a timely manner.
- Evaluating customer requirements and suggesting appropriate banking products and services.
- Following internal procedures, operational controls, and all applicable regulatory rules.
- Maintaining strong service standards and accurate branch operations.
- Spotting opportunities to grow business and cross-sell banking solutions.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Only UAE Nationals can be considered for this role due to Emiratisation.
- A Diploma or a higher qualification is required; applications with only a high school qualification will not be accepted.
- Willingness to work in mall-based or shift-based branches on a 6-day work week, for 6 hours per day, with rotating shifts.
- At least 4 years of experience in retail banking, branch banking, customer service, or banking operations.
- Good understanding of banking products, branch workflows, KYC/AML, compliance, and transaction handling.
- Prior exposure to priority clients, escalations, and complex or high-value transactions.
- Comfortable using banking systems, digital channels, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong ability to communicate, manage multiple tasks, and organize time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Applicants must be available for in-person interviews in Abu Dhabi.
