Customer Care Executive

About the Role

Bajaj Finserv seeks motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Executives based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This full-time position focuses on promoting a range of financial solutions through outbound phone calls. Candidates will engage with potential clients, identify their financial requirements, present product advantages, and aim to meet sales goals while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using assigned leads.
• Market Bajaj Finserv's financial offerings, including personal loans, credit cards, EMI cards, insurance products, and other services.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products accordingly.
• Follow up persistently to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Address customer inquiries and objections with professionalism.
• Accurately document interactions and sales progression within the CRM system.
• Consistently strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies as well as regulatory standards during all sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate from any discipline; candidates with 12th pass coupled with relevant telesales experience will also be considered.
• Experience ranging between zero to three years in telesales, telemarketing, BPO, or sales roles.
• Fresh applicants possessing strong communication capabilities are welcomed.
• Proficient in Tamil and basic English; proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are essential.
