Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, matcha, and various other beverages to high-quality standards.
• Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to customers.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Follow established opening and closing procedures diligently.
• Assist and collaborate with team members, taking initiative to address and resolve problems as they arise.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Demonstrate pride in maintaining quality and consistency in work.
• Be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Remain calm and efficient during busy periods.

• Basic skills in espresso preparation and coffee making are desirable.
• Experience with latte art is a plus.
• Familiarity with specialty coffee or matcha is welcomed.
