Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, matcha, and various other beverages to high-quality standards.
- Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to customers.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Follow established opening and closing procedures diligently.
- Assist and collaborate with team members, taking initiative to address and resolve problems as they arise.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with people and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Demonstrate pride in maintaining quality and consistency in work.
- Be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Remain calm and efficient during busy periods.

- Basic skills in espresso preparation and coffee making are desirable.
- Experience with latte art is a plus.
