Primary Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, matcha, and various other beverages to high-quality standards.
Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to customers.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Follow established opening and closing procedures diligently.
Assist and collaborate with team members, taking initiative to address and resolve problems as they arise.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Demonstrate pride in maintaining quality and consistency in work.
Be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Remain calm and efficient during busy periods.

Possess previous experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality environments.
Basic skills in espresso preparation and coffee making are desirable.
Experience with latte art is a plus.
Familiarity with specialty coffee or matcha is welcomed.
