  • Collect and report comprehensive market intelligence including competitor activities, promotions, service days, off-take data, pricing, new product launches, and visibility.
  • Maintain records and systems such as PJP data, Management Information System (MIS) reporting, and ensure operation as the hub of UDAAN program.
  • Represent Britannia in handling consumer complaints by visiting customers to resolve quality issues and updating the quality department on complaint status.
