About the Role

As a Patrao—our term for Restaurant Manager and head of our family—you will be the driving force of your team's inspiration and leadership. You will exemplify excellent standards, guide your team, and orchestrate memorable experiences for patrons and staff alike, managing the restaurant as if it were your own.

- Lead passionately to deliver outstanding experiences to customers and your colleagues.
- Maintain a secure, sanitary, and friendly environment where everyone can flourish.
- Stay alert and proactive to anticipate needs, maintain high energy levels, and ensure seamless shift operations.
- Manage the restaurant's atmosphere and functions to guarantee every shift is exceptional.
Who You Are
- A seasoned leader or someone with prior management experience; background in fast casual dining is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Highly organized with the ability to oversee smooth operations while encouraging and nurturing teamwork.
- Driven by empowering team members and adept at solving challenges in a dynamic setting.
