Who You Are
- A seasoned leader or someone with prior management experience; background in fast casual dining is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Highly organized with the ability to oversee smooth operations while encouraging and nurturing teamwork.
- Driven by empowering team members and adept at solving challenges in a dynamic setting.
