Role Overview
This position demands operational involvement in a 24x7 office setting with minimal supervision. The candidate will be accountable for routine network operations support, incident management, and managing a substantial volume of tasks within constrained timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incidents effectively, including handling customer and internal escalations.
- Oversee change management processes and deliver continuous 24x7 operational support, ensuring incident updates every 30 minutes.
- Prepare and maintain daily activity reports and routines.
- Proactively work to meet and sustain SLA requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should be Engineering Graduates specializing in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Computer Science (CS) with up to 2 years of experience.
