Role Overview
NAQUA is seeking an HR Operations & Employee Experience Manager to strengthen HR service delivery, improve workforce support processes, and raise the quality and responsiveness of employee services across the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and run a structured HR service management model for HR Operations and Workforce Services.
- Define service-level standards, track delivery against SLAs, and monitor how effectively services are being handled.
- Own HR operational KPI tracking, prepare dashboard-based reports, and analyze service performance trends.
- Handle employee service escalations, resolve operational issues, and coordinate follow-ups to closure.
- Review service quality, consistency of operations, and the effectiveness of HR workflows.
- Drive process improvements, stronger service delivery, and greater operational efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives covering payroll, onboarding, employee services, and workforce support.
- Assist with operational audits, compliance preparation, and standardization of service processes.
- Lead initiatives that improve employee experience and make HR support more responsive.
- Contribute to operational transformation efforts and workflow enhancement projects.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
