Role Overview

NAQUA is seeking an HR Operations & Employee Experience Manager to strengthen HR service delivery, improve workforce support processes, and raise the quality and responsiveness of employee services across the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and run a structured HR service management model for HR Operations and Workforce Services.
  • Define service-level standards, track delivery against SLAs, and monitor how effectively services are being handled.
  • Own HR operational KPI tracking, prepare dashboard-based reports, and analyze service performance trends.
  • Handle employee service escalations, resolve operational issues, and coordinate follow-ups to closure.
  • Review service quality, consistency of operations, and the effectiveness of HR workflows.
  • Drive process improvements, stronger service delivery, and greater operational efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives covering payroll, onboarding, employee services, and workforce support.
  • Assist with operational audits, compliance preparation, and standardization of service processes.
  • Lead initiatives that improve employee experience and make HR support more responsive.
  • Contribute to operational transformation efforts and workflow enhancement projects.
