Key Responsibilities
- Support the recording of daily financial transactions within the accounting system.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts accurately.
- Prepare journal entries with appropriate documentation.
- Assist in processing payments and vendor invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts.
- Help in tracking expenses and managing budgets.
- Assist with payroll data preparation when required.
- Undertake other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, including internships.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office software.
- Strong analytical capabilities and numerical aptitude.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in work.
- Good command of English for communication.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
