Key Responsibilities

• Support the recording of daily financial transactions within the accounting system.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts accurately.
• Prepare journal entries with appropriate documentation.
• Assist in processing payments and vendor invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts.
• Help in tracking expenses and managing budgets.
• Assist with payroll data preparation when required.
• Undertake other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, including internships.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office software.
• Strong analytical capabilities and numerical aptitude.
• High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in work.
• Good command of English for communication.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
