About the Role
NoBroker, India's pioneering PropTech Unicorn, is revolutionizing the real estate landscape with innovative, technology-enabled, and cost-effective solutions. Our platform, NoBrokerHood, supports over 21,000 societies in 15 major cities by streamlining visitor management, billing, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with paying clients, fostering trust to maintain enduring collaborations.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls as part of voice-driven customer service, averaging around 34 hours daily.
- Identify and understand customer requirements to resolve inquiries effectively, assisting them in locating suitable tenants or properties, prioritizing customer experience over sales quotas.
- Deliver proactive updates regarding account or service status using internal CRM systems while following company protocols for high-quality service.
- Strive to exceed expectations in customer service to achieve high satisfaction levels; although the role involves monitoring performance, it is not heavily focused on targets.
Candidate Profile
Excellent command over English and strong communication skills are essential.
