Human Resources Associate

Position Overview

As a Human Resources Associate at Walmart Supercenter #4538 located in Katy, TX, you will support leadership in managing associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance management. This role involves identifying and resolving HR-related challenges and guiding the execution of company HR initiatives and programs.

Compensation and Work Hours

The hourly wage ranges between $19 and $32, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements for the job location. Additional compensation may be earned through annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on scheduling, facility, seasonality, or specific work tasks. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously. Available shifts include Opening and Morning.
