Role Overview

The Retail Associate plays a critical role in driving store sales and profitability by passionately fostering customer loyalty to the brand. This position involves actively engaging with customers, delivering outstanding service, and efficiently managing store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of meeting or exceeding store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets utilizing all available resources.
• Implement brand customer service standards to consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the brand's values and positive attitude.
• Utilize up-to-date seasonal product knowledge to enhance sales conversations and customer engagement.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points tailored to customer needs to strengthen brand connection.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards consistently.
• Efficiently process merchandise deliveries and replenish stock fixtures to ensure a complete product range on the sales floor.
• Accurately and swiftly complete cash register transactions.
• Work to reduce losses both in stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Perform store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Collaborate respectfully and productively with teammates.
• Complete all required training programs and apply new knowledge to improve job performance.
• Actively seek opportunities for coaching and continuous learning to enhance skills and results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational requirement is completion of high school.
• Preferably possesses at least six months of experience in a customer and commercially focused retail environment, such as sports or fashion sectors.
• Possesses fundamental verbal communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
