Pharmacy Technician

Position Overview

Walmart is seeking dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to support customers by accurately handling prescription processing and delivering excellent pharmacy service at our Fairhope Supercenter location. The role involves assisting patients with product knowledge and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations aligned with health and safety standards.

Compensation Details

• The hourly wage ranges from $17 to $30, guaranteeing a rate at least equal to the minimum wage in the job area.
• Additional pay may be granted through performance-based incentives paid annually or quarterly.
• Premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour can be awarded for specific shifts, seasonal demand, location challenges, or special tasks, with potential for multiple premiums in qualifying cases.

Work Schedule & Location

• Positions are available for full-time or part-time employment.
• Work shifts include Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing hours.
