Role overview
GO Wind International LLP is hiring a Team Leader for a BPO setup in Mumbai. This role is focused on guiding a customer support team, tracking output, supporting performance improvements, and stepping in on escalated customer issues.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of Customer Support Executives.
- Track daily productivity levels and overall team performance.
- Run team huddles and coaching discussions to keep the team aligned and improving.
- Take ownership of customer escalations and work toward practical resolutions.
Experience requirement
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in a Team Leader role.
