Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping in storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other facility areas.
• Handle trash disposal duties efficiently to maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Carry out additional assignments as directed by supervisors.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain efficient operations.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Work includes exposure to moderate risks requiring safety measures such as protective gear including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
• Job demands physical activity including standing for extended periods, moving outdoors, reaching objects at different heights, and handling equipment weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
