Overview

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping in storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other facility areas.
Handle trash disposal duties efficiently to maintain cleanliness.
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, placing orders when necessary.
Carry out additional assignments as directed by supervisors.

Strong organizational skills to maintain efficient operations.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn new tasks and procedures.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Work includes exposure to moderate risks requiring safety measures such as protective gear including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Job demands physical activity including standing for extended periods, moving outdoors, reaching objects at different heights, and handling equipment weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
