Position Objective
- Responsible for driving sales and ensuring superior customer service delivery.
- Assist in operational tasks such as housekeeping and maintaining visual presentation standards as directed by store management.
Primary Responsibilities
Hospitality and Guest Service
- Present an inviting image by adhering to dress standards and maintaining cleanliness of the premises including dining area and parking lot.
- Guarantee product freshness and accuracy by strictly following the 'Always Fresh' procedure.
- Provide exemplary guest service with a friendly demeanor, attentive approach, and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Enhance customer interactions by applying the Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You (S.E.T.) principles.
- Ensure every order is handled with precision using correct processes.
- Welcome guests warmly within 5 seconds of their arrival at counters or drive-thru points.
- Work efficiently to meet speed of service goals by fulfilling orders promptly.
- Address guest complaints immediately and effectively to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and apologize when necessary.
Store Operations
- Comply with all operational standards when preparing products according to training guidelines.
- Prepare products following order displays to assure order accuracy.
- Communicate product and showcase needs to maintain proper stock levels.
- Regularly check and log product temperatures as required.
Policies and Procedures
- Attend all store meetings and related events.
- Adhere to the restaurant’s policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked front counter, especially during busy periods.
- Follow handwashing protocols and complete sanitation tasks as assigned by management.
Cash Handling
- Handle payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
- Verify cash drawer contents at shift start to ensure sufficient change availability.
- Keep checkout areas clean and orderly.
Health and Safety Compliance
- Operate in full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Understand and adhere to safe work practices and procedures.
- Use required personal protective equipment appropriately.
- Report any injuries, unsafe conditions, accidents, or security issues promptly to management.
- Avoid any actions or use of equipment that could endanger self or others.
