Referral Partnerships Lead

Role overview

This remote role focuses on growing a referral partner ecosystem and converting external partners into a steady source of company leads. You will work with individuals as well as small lead-generation businesses, helping them join, understand, and actively participate in the program.

What you will do

• Bring in individual referrers and smaller lead-generation groups into the referral partnership program.
• Expand and strengthen a layered referral network that produces qualified leads for the business.
• Create outreach approaches that attract strong potential partners.
• Explain referral workflows, reward structures, and effective participation practices to partners.
• Handle partner onboarding, activation, day-to-day engagement, and ongoing communication.
• Set up and administer customized referral fee arrangements when needed.

What we are looking for

• Background in partnerships, affiliate marketing, referral systems, community-led growth, business development, or other network-based growth roles.
• Demonstrated success in finding, activating, and managing outside partners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with incentive-based or performance-linked partner models.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and partner acquisition.

Job details

This is a remote position with a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours. Compensation is listed at $30 to $50 per hour.
